Adelina Resmi Hoxha was born in 1980 in Prizren. Educated in Kosovo and Macedonia, where she has completed the Law Faculty and holds a Master's Degree in the Third University degree with the scientific title Magjitre of Legal Sciences.
Adelina R. Hoxha started her work in 1999 as nutritionist for juvenile and nutrition trainer, certified by international AAH (Action Against Hunger) Pristina examiner. At the end of 2000 she moved as a Professional Assistant to KAMP (Medicines Agency, Ministry of Health), where in 2003 she was promoted as a Legal Officer at the Legal Department and continues until 2010. In 2010, the Senior Appeals Officer (IOBK) Independent Oversight) for one year. From 2011 until 2013 she works as a Professional Associate at the Pristina District Prosecutor's Office. From 2013 she started working as an independent lawyer.
